Trade in gently used toys for a Tide Pool Play membership.
Currently only serving the SF Bay Area. CA Take pictures of the toys. Use subject line Trade-In to send them to us at customercare@tidepoolplay.com We will use your images and any descriptions to assess the items and offer you a trade-in membership or a discount towards a membership based upon the value and condition of the toys. (Please note that the discount/ trade-in membership value may change if the actual condition of the items were not accurately depicted by the images and descriptions sent in.) Request a pick-up date (items will be picked up from your doorstep). Currently within the SF Bay Area CA. Once toys are received, we will send you an email on how to redeem your trade-in membership/discount
How does our local trade-in work?
What will I get for my trade-in?
Lovevery Play Gym in good condition 50% of the retail value. All other items that are eligible for trade-in will be worth upto 25% of their original retail value. This will come in the form of a membership ( Tide Pool Toddler, Starter or Kids) or discount towards one of the membership. Trade-in toys must be in good condition and completely functional.
